Shipping policy

Battle TCG is an online media and store based in Canada. We do not have a physical retail location or pickup option at this time. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners within Canada and United States and are available to customers in both countries.

We strive to process and ship your order quickly and securely so your cards arrive safely protected and ready for battle.

Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship when all products become available. We recommend placing pre-orders separately if you’d like in-stock items shipped immediately.

We offer shipping across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Delivery times are estimates only. Remote or rural areas may experience delays.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to all U.S. states via Canada Post / USPS.

U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Battle TCG is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

 

Packaging & Protection

All cards and sealed products are packaged carefully in padded mailers or sturdy boxes. Single cards ship in protective sleeves and top loaders or semi-rigid holders, depending on value.

 

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (if applicable).
  • Letter mail shipments do not include tracking.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. Once tracking has been created or the package is in transit, cancellations are not possible. Please contact battletcg31@gmail.com as soon as possible for any changes.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your tracked order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (Canada) or 21 business days (U.S.), contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • For untracked letter mail, Battle TCG cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and contents.

 

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns on sealed products that are unopened and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Single cards, opened products, and pre-orders are non-returnable.
