Refund policy
At Battle TCG, every card and sealed product is handled with care and shipped with protection. Because of the collectible nature of trading card games, we follow strict quality and authenticity standards to keep every order fair to all collectors.
We do not have a physical storefront — all returns are processed by mail only.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition
- You received the wrong item or a defective product
- Your order arrived damaged due to shipping
To start a return, contact battletcg31@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect collectors and prevent resealing, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened sealed products (booster boxes, packs, decks, etc.)
- Single cards, accessories, or loose items
- Digital items, gift cards, and pre-orders once processed
- Products listed as Final Sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
If a replacement item is available, you may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise specified:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your receipt
- We are not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Then contact us at battletcg31@gmail.com
